"I booked this hotel and I didn’t know that the floor was being renovated. There was no carpet and it was very hard to walk around."

"After a bad experience at the Best Western the night before Amira was a shining light! She greeted me with a big smile when I walked in. Our rooms were ready, clean. The only improvements I'd suggest are the parking lot is a little sad and the bathtub looks old. Other than that everything was great! The lobby was very nice and the seating area for breakfast was very comfortable!"
