"Beautiful hotel in an ideal spot. Unfortunately the customer service is lacking at this price point. We did not feel that we were looked after adequately - we had to ask alot of questions to get relevant information and the receptionist upon arrival tried to pawn us off on a cheaper room than the one we’d booked. The hotel also boasted free parking and access to hydrotherapy - however the hotel did not offer parking (unless staying in its sister location). Your will need to find your own...
