"I had an OK time at Principe. The check-in process was efficient, and the staff was friendly. They spoke English. The hotel was roomy and clean, albeit it shows its age. There was a small, outdoor pool with street view on the 3rd floor. No convenience items, no mini fridge, no microwave. Budget friendly Within walking diatance to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. I recommend and would revisit."

"Our overall experience here was quite great. The pool was always very clean with plenty of spots to lounge. They’ll even bring you drinks (the caipirinhas were fantastic). Great gym with a full bench press/incline bench, treadmills, machines for essentially anything you need. The restaurant was pretty good as well.
