"Great 2 days staying here. Great central location, very helpful and friendly staff, great choice of dining .. only complaint would be one elevator was not working so staying on a high floor was slow going in both directions. "

"Stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely stay! The view was great from my room, and I was given my VIP benefit (dining credit) after asking the front desk for it. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy! The hotel is centrally located, and about an 8-minute walk to the metro station, so it's easy enough to reach from the airport. I also ate at the restaurant downstairs and enjoyed my meal :) The only downside was that the hallway outside my room constantly smelled of cigarette smoke and weed. I had a non-smoking room, but I guess the floor isn't. Overall, I'd recommend. Just bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as voices carry in the hallway."
"Great hotel in an optimal location. él Cangrejo is the place to be when in Panama City. Next to restaurants, coffee shops and a few taprooms as well. Great rooftop pool and gym with fantastic views of the city skyline. Breakfast is okay but okay it was included in the price so not a big deal. I would definitely come back to Beat Western Zen."
