"PROS Is located near embassy and finance district and a walkable distance to Myeongdong Street. Hotel staff are friendly and very helpful when check in, check out and helping us to book the ride to the airport. "We booked deluxe high floor room with the wooden bathtub. The room is spacious and comfortable with comfortable bedding also. Bathroom could do with additional hooks. It’s not practical when there’s only one hook and a couple uses the room. Bath size was great but it is tilted away from the drain so it doesn’t drain properly. We love the locker facility in the lobby. "
