"Liked their laundry service. That is about it. 5 days no wifi and staff didn't even care. Cable tv was a total joke. Over 100 channels but all tv advertisements trying to sell stuff. Only able to find 3 channels that was not trying to sell stuff. The bed was like sleeping on the floor. Very very firm. "

"In many ways this is just another high quality Bangkok hotel with a cool rooftop bar. But three things make it stand out in a crowded market. First, the stunning views over the Chao Praya river. Second, the enormous and super-comfy King-plus sized bed. And finally, the breakfast buffet, which is the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere in the world. Overall I’d highly recommend this hotel for a couple’s visit to Bangkok. "

"The hotel is okay, the rooms are not bad and the service is very good. The only issue I had was around the bar as the bartender does not really know how to make mixed drinks and their wine is out of a box. The one advantage is that it is next to Hua Lampong subway station and there is a Starbucks right beside the hotel. It is a few minutes away from Chinatown if you like that area. "
