"It was a good experience "

"We traveled with a family of 5. Rooms are spacious and have a kitchen and full size refrigerator. This allowed us to have some meals in the room. The hotel is not in the middle of downtown like others, but public transit is easily accessible. There’s a stop right next to the hotel. This also means that you are not near all the downtown noise. We loved the pool, with a great view! The staff was great and rooms were clean. Would definitely stay here again! "

"Very nice lodge. Probably the furthest hotel down Banff Ave, but very close to a Roam Transit stop, so very easy to get down to the shops and restaurants. Nice clean room. Very comfortable bed/bedding. The hot tubs, lounge pool, sauna and fire pit were very neat, although we did not get a chance to use them. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Great hotel. Wed booked another in Banff that didn’t meet expectations, so we moved over to Peaks and it was everything we needed. Great location, comfy rooms, fantastic shower. I’m looking forward to returning!"

"The staff were super friendly and helpful, rooms were nice and clean. Location was perfect, outside of the downtown noise, but close enough to easily walk, or take the transit. Bus stop was right out front and a free pass for local transit routes was given to us upon check in. Our only complaint would be that the parking lot was a bit narrow. We have a truck and getting out in the morning was a bit tricky when the parking lot was full"

"Family stay. The hotel is clean and quiet. Pool area was really nice as was the fitness room. A bit of a walk away from uptown Banff but do-able. There are a few restaurants nearby. "
