Great location and very friendly staff. Just for enough away from the craziness of downtown Banff. The only problem we had was an issue with the fireplace. Would definitely stay there again.

We liked the location and services the property has. No being downtown but walking distance to downtown was a plus for us. The room was OK, but for a "Superior Suite" as they call it, there was nothing Superior to it. Some equipment at the Room was not functioning well and had to be changed.
