The Rimrock is a beautiful hotel perched on the mountain, offering spectacular views and a warm, cozy breakfast experience. While it’s a bit pricey, the setting and service make it well worth it. The only downside is the relatively small lobby and limited outdoor lounging areas—but overall, a memorable stay in a stunning location.

This is a VERY unique property and even more so given the location to downtown Banff. The amenities are numerous and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful with any needs you may have. Parking is very expensive on site, however, so take that into account during your stay and for your budget. If possible, select a room on the back side of the hotel to get a view of the mountains!
