"It was a property where we could truly experience the renowned reputation of Banyan Tree, and the accommodation we stayed in satisfied every member of our family. The friendly service of the staff left a lasting impression. "I was travelling with children and stayed here due to its proximity to the airport. I was initially concerned and going to cancel because travel made us a day late and they would not allow me to cancel in advance (despite Expedia advertising you could cancel up to 24 hours before and we were well within this limit) and would charge us a cancellation fee equivalent to our entire stay. "Beautiful hotel, staff amazing, nothing was too much trouble. Tuk tuk provided by staff to drive you into Kamala Beach. Great shopping, massage. Excellent restaurants, bars. Breakfast at hotel was amazing, infinity pools very clean and shaded areas to relax. Great bar with entertainment and restaurant if you dont want to travel 10 minites into Kamala beach. Cab ride home only 200 batt. Would definitely recommend. "
