"Ideally situated for old town square. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfasts. We were staying at the rear of the hotel, but i imagine it could be noisy at the front, with traffic on the cobbled road. Only things missing is a seating area with possibly the option of coffees etc. Also the showers were a bit slippery. Would definitely consider another visit."

"It was the worst check-in ever. There was such loud noise from kids playing some kind of racket ball game in the basement that I could hardly hear the check-in person. She was the most disrespectful, rude and unhelpful person!!! I almost left to go somewhere else. I think her name was Beata. Our room was not set up for three people but a very kind and helpful person on the evening shift helped and we got it straightened out. This was our worst experience so far on this trip.
