"The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland. The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters....

"Impressed with the hotel’s professional staff who were consistently helpful. Two staff members - Ella at the front desk and Artigas in the restaurant provided exceptional service. Each went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. They both speak excellent English which helped since my German is limited. The breakfast buffet is excellent and I also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The hotel is a bit dated but comfortable with good views of the Baltic. "

"We stayed one night. The bed was uncomfortable. Felt like an old mattress. Pillows were flat and hard. Thus a poor nights sleep. We were thankful the window opens for fresh air. The bathtub/shower combination is poor. The removable shower head is too low for the average person so either manually hold it or crouch down under it. The worst part was the day after returning home I found bite marks on my body, which within a day became extremely uncomfortable and in the evening hours it was much...

"The hotel reception staff is kind and helpful. The room needs a facelift. Beds and bathroom especially. Upon entering it smelled old, but after airing out the room it got better. The toilet smelled like urine although it appeared clean. The pool and playground for kids were great. We spent a lot of time there. The location is phenomenal and quiet. "COVID-19 times, so things were not as expected. Honestly the hotel was not up to par during these difficult times and it was noticeable. All around the mood of some few unhappy guests affected the staff and the other guests. Things did not run smoothly nor was the hotel organized enough to enforce the rules all around. It was quite a disappointing stay for the money paid. At least the sea view in the room was nice."

"Loved this hotel! Our room was huge and had a nice balcony. Wish the weather had been nice, but it was rainy and cold. The staff were so nice and helpful. The Orangerie Restaurant had an amazing dessert. The dinner menu looked great, but we ate elsewhere. This property is right across from the water, and we had a bit of a view of the Baltic from our room. I would highly recommend this hotel is you're staying in Kuhlungsborn."

"Ferienwohnung with view to the ocean. Modern and clean. It was unusual to have the reception not covered all day, but somehow okay. I personally would prefer to have staff on site 24/7. Not many options for restaurants bur supermarket is close to shop and cook your own meals. "

"If you don't golf, we would not recommend staying at this property. When we arrived it was quite crowded and it was not easy to park. We had to get a second room, as the first one was a climb of several flights of stairs. The restaurant food was nothing to write home about. We stayed here thinking it would be convenient to the Travemunde ferry, which it was not. It was quite far away. Again, if you don't golf, don't stay here is all I can say. Not worth it. "
