Great location and room. More than enough parking lots for a in comparison to Norwegian hotels little fee. But please, do something about the bread rolls. They are far too dry. Otherwise it's a very tasty breakfast buffet with a good variety.

Sorry to say but the welcome we were not even told our room number...and the breakfast is a kind of mc donalds style..for 172 € great pleasure ) the room was nice but "cleaning" in our days seems to be a diy thing..

We queued for an hour to check in . No bar staff on bar just one girl doing everything. When we we r to the room the bed had no bedding on it , when we went down to ask they said they didn’t have any ? Ridiculous hotel , will never stay in this chain again . Breakfast was chaos also .

Top 3 worst stay ever! Stay away. Got not what we booked. Rooms are ok and staff are nice. Check in took 45 minutes. Got wrong cheaper rooms. Nothing was ready. Breakfast is horrendous. No available tables to eat at. No bread. Almost no food available. Stayed for one night, and that was enough.

The hotel was under staffed. Day one the beds weren't made before until 23 o'clock. Breakfast was chaotic. Not enough service, plates, cups or even seats. Never enough food at at time. The reception couldn't answer the phone because of the endless line of people trying to check in or get help.

No reasons to return to this hotel
The line for check in was extremely long so it took 30 min to check in. Only one poor girl was working her as of in the reception and two others were standing there watching here work and watching the line grow. The room did not have any bed sheets so we had to sleep with the mattress and duvet without covers. Breakfast was ok, but not great. The butter packs was expired. I do not see a reason to choose this hotel again.

War unser zweiter Besuch, und der war nicht besser als der Erste. Frühstück ist wie im Ferienlager, man muss das Geschirr selbst abräumen und die Auswahl ist auch nicht so doll. Waren zum Handball dort, nach dem Spiel gab es wieder kein Fassbier und das Flaschenbier war auch schnell alle. Das Personal war mit der Lage überfordert.

Es lohnt sich Zimmer mit Hafenblick zu buchen. Der Blick über die Stadt ist herrlich. Saubere und ruhige Zimmer mit sehr guten Betten. Das Frühstück war gruselig. Kaffee aus dem Automat schmeckt nicht. Brötchen pappig. Kein Rührei. Als Gemüse nur Tomaten. An Werktagen lieber einen der Bäcker um die Ecke aufsuchen. Freundliches Personal.
