"Good hotel, great caring staff"

"They are doing remodel and general areas getting an update but the room looked great and recently remodeled. Clean and comfortable. Quiet. Near food/shops. However their onsite bistro seemed closed and not well attended when we arrived to try it so went to eat elsewhere. But would stay here again as we really liked the room."

"The staff was amazing and I liked the tranquil atmosphere of the property. I was just taken aback from the smell on my floor. I didn't know if it was from someone cooking food in their room or it was just my floor's smell. I got out on other floors just to see if it was mine alone and it was. Everything other than that was great and I felt it was a one off so I didn't feel the need to complain. In fact once I got inside my room I would forget the smell all together."

"I love Residence Inn, and I look for it every time I travel. Pros: Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms, good parking lot, and nice, helpful staff. I was traveling for business so it was nice to have a good desk space and comfortable chair. Cons: Not the best neighborhood, and lots of traffic noise. Overall it was a good stay."

"The Motel was closed and fenced off! It was not open for business! I got charged for a non-functioning business."

"All was amazing except for answering phones. On hold twice 15-20 min or it was busy w never someone who answered. Front desk too long to check in. Typing my credit card and id- how do I feel safe not knowing she is stealing my ID. Too weird of a feeling. But the property wa fantastic. "
