We stayed for just a quick night because our flight was landing so late. When our flight got delayed and I realized we were going to be in after 1am, I called the hotel to see if I could do an advance check in with my Hilton honors account. The gentleman on the phone was helpful and issued my room number and activated my E-key and said I would not need to go to the front desk. Once arrived, however, my e-key wasn’t working so I did have to go to the desk. The woman working there was unpleasant to say the least. I get that it’s 1am, but it was a long travel day for us and this was an interaction I was trying to avoid. I told her my room number and showed her my ID and she proceeded to tell Me I wasn’t checked in and I needed to do so all over again. Explaining to her that I had called, and gave my card number over the phone for incidentals, etc. was no avail. She was rude and belittling. At the end of the check in ordeal (15 min later) she STILL. Did not activate my E-key from my Hilton honors app and gave me physical cards instead. Thank goodness I was there for just a few hours of sleep and left by 9am.

The main hotel is lovely. Very clean and up to date but there is a portion of the hotel which looks to be as an old drive up motel and instead of being torn down we're slightly renovated.

Large hotel. Very close to the airport with a free 24 hour shuttle service. There is a very spacious patio overlooking a large manmade lake with a fountain and plenty of seating to relax by the lake or by the poo. Only negative is that dome of the seating needs to be replaced
