"We stayed twice, on 12/6 and 12/9. Both times the staff went above and beyond to help us. I needed a shower chair and they provided one for me. We didn't make it for the evening meal the first night but the second stay we made it with 2 minutes to spare and the clerk let us eat before we checked in, which was so appreciated. The staff even remembered us and was very helpful on answering questions like best routes to take.. we will definitely stop here again when we travel from Ohio to Florida...
