"The properyt is in an excellent location. A short 3 minute walk to the beach, grocery and dining right outside the building. Beautiful pool and bbq area. Would highly recommend.

"I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all "

"We had a great time. Food was good, I would recommend different buffet themes like at night to change up the types of food. The staff was so fun and welcoming! Very involved and the activities were fun! We would go back "
"This was our 6th straycat Tropical Princess Deluxe & Caribe Princess Deluxe Resort and as always the service was great to us. People working there are amaizing and this is the main reason webare always going back. Its a home away from home for us.
We see the difference once the "local people" are coming to the resort on the weekend... its the only downside..their behavior.. they will let you feel that you are not important ad them.
This year the beach condition was horrible HORRIBLE never seen anything like this in my life but its the nature its the ocean.. tons of seaweed.. hotel crew was working so hard to clean it but it was so much that they were simply not able to clean it. All the Resorts around had the same situation, the whole Punta Cana looked the same from the beach side.
We go back to this place because the staff is amazing, the resort and the surroundings are beautiful.
We cannot wait to go back next year !
