Arashiyama hotel rooms a the OYO Rooms

"The stay was absolutely surreal. Breakfast was worth the extra $20/pp USD so don't skip. The Onsen was a really neat experience and the body & hair products were literally top notch. The only complaint are the pillows. They are really bad. Luckily walking 20k steps means you can sleep on the ground you are so tired. Would stay again but maybe buy a pillow. Like for real for real."

"The staff were extremely helpful and the double room more than enough to accommodate me and my tweens. Easy walk to Shibuya station, tons of 24 hour ramen places, the Pokémon center; many other restaurants. "

"This is a beautiful hotel in a convenient location, a few minutes walk to the subway and a bus stop a minute away. It is also easy to walk to other areas of the city like Gion and Nishiki market. The room was quiet and comfortable. I did have a problem with the AC not being sufficient to cool the room at first but it was fixed when I brought it to the staff's attention. I also enjoyed the room amenities (pajamas, etc) and the onsen. "
