"The hotel staff were wonderful and attentive from check in to check out. It was very busy at check in and the line to valet park at the hotel was long. They offered us to wait or self park. "Rooms were clean, beds were comfy Parking was free and easy Hotel staff was friendly. The hotel itself was cold but the rooms were warm. Nice bar and restaurant and starbucks is in the hotel. Didnt see much of the area around. Stayed for one night, grabbed an uber to go to the steelers game. That was an easy process and less than 20 mins to get to the stadium"
