Room was a good size, lots of USB ports to charge phones. The room was clean and smelled good. Did not have parking open when we got there, we had to park on the street.

The hotel was advertised as new, but it left a lot to be desired. The room was okay but was not the cleanest. There was something about the sheets that I could not let them touch my skin. I was paranoid about bed bugs but I didnt see any, maybe the detergent/bleach that they use was giving me allergies? But because of this, I did not sleep. Breakfast was mediocre to say the least. They didnt have milk, the sausage that they served really looked like it was not cooked and they didnt have any condiments. I would not stay here again.

The beds were comfy and the linens were clean, the most important needs of a hotel stay. Only one elevator worked to get me to my floor, which should be fixed. It’s December 2024, so if it’s still not working properly three months from now, keep that in mind. Otherwise, I’d stay there again.

It’s times we stayed here, there were no linens for the pullout couch bed. The water pressure isn’t great. But, the staff was great and the property was clean and new. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was good.

Great location, friendly staff, newer hotel so very clean. No closets or fridge which wasn't an issue, I don't find either necessary in most stays. No coffee maker or iron which I could have used. Counterspace in bathroom could be larger.

Well….. First the pre check in was not recognized so we had to check in when we arrived at midnight - no apologies from the staff Second it was freezing cold in the room 62F There were no cups Next Morning the shower did not work Water was running at the bathtub faucet but we were not able to switch to the shower head and the water was only like warm so we were unable to shower we informed the staff who didn’t seam to care much No tissues in the room So overall a very very disappointing stay We feel a partial refund would be in order
