"The room was cute, clean, and well outfitted. I definitely felt like the information provided on the site was incomplete. We did not know what to expect in terms of parking until we got check instructions. We reserved a room with a balcony because the property was on Canal St and there was no information indicating the balcony wouldn't face Canal, it didn't. I would have paid more for that, given the option or paid less for a room that didn't but I had no way of knowing what I was getting....

"The clean team came out and offered to let us in 10 minutes before time since we were standing outside with all our luggage and our unit was ready. Which was very nice of him. However I noticed later that there was a charge of $115 for early check in put on my card! He NEVER mentioned that, or we would have stayed standing outside for those last 10 minutes! I have put in a dispute with my credit card company."
