"A wonderful property to stay in. 20 minutes to haram by foot and taxis are available round the clock as well as a shuttle that leaves every 20 minutes. Made our Umrah very easy. Definitely recommended as a good location slightly away from main Haram but very accessible. "

"The rooms are clean but on the small side. The beds are tiny. We really looked forward to the gym as there is a button on the elevator indicating it but when we went there there was only offices and we were told it’s being refurbished with no sign of this being done. "Not what I expected. Construction going around is too much..will delay you a lot. Not a lot of variety in buffet options. Too many shopping distractions & the smell of their oud is tooo strong. Best thing about hotel- you are not even 5 min walk from the Haram. Housekeeping is excellent & on time, but there's delays in trying to reach out to reception/front desk people. Overall I expected more from a '5 star Hilton'. Was more like a 4/5 for my wife & I. "

"They botched our reservation and gave us room on 4th floor looking into other hotel rooms, instead of room with view of haram, that we booked and paid for.
