"It was such a wonderful experience to soak in an 85°F hot spring pool while enjoying the ambiance of a cloudy sky and light showers at 50°F. We loved the hot springs pool, and our granddaughters enjoyed it just as much—our younger granddaughter even had her first swim here! The room was clean and well-insulated from street noise, offering a peaceful stay. A short 5-minute walk brought us to a pizza place, and the location itself was very quiet and relaxing. The service was exceptional, and our granddaughters had a great time chatting with David. They especially loved the hot chocolate offered here. This place is the best value in Calistoga, and we can’t wait to return!"

"This is a great hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. The hotel was beautifully maintained. The only area for implement would be the breakfast. The food was great quality but the service was not. The woman serving was quite rude. It was a Saturday morning and busy. Perhaps more employees were required but regardless the woman was rude. It was difficult to order breakfast and uncomfortable to ask for anything."
