"Overall the property was beautiful and well kept. The amenities were great. Some things were closed due to a wedding so we left the property to eat more often. The staff was very kind and attentive. My only complaint was I was supposed to get 20% off of food and spa services. We remembered to ask during one our times eating but forgot during another time and during my spa service so unfortunately we did not receive the discount. "Only 5 minutes to Khao lak town, the resort is becoming a little bit dated, not very user friendly to elderly people as a lot of the stairs are unsafe thin and uneven especially on the bridges going over the pools. The onsite restaurant menu is average and the food similar most nights the restaurant was very quiet as people ate out elsewhere. We had a pool access room which was nice. Overall would we stay there again 50/50 on that."

"We stayed two nights at the Le Meridian and it was great. The staff were excellent and really went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The resort is excellent value and right on the beach. A special mention to the fabulous staff at kids club. "

"This was our second visit to X10, after our first in 2019. With two young children, X10 is perfect with the pools, beach and activities on offer. The location is excellent, easily walkable to restaurants and shops on the main road. Good selection at breakfast, though the quality of evening meals at local restaurants I think is higher. Having ready access to the beach is also very handy as the walks along the coast are exceptional. We found the cleanliness of the room to be excellent and refreshed since our last visit. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - in this regard, Thailand never fails to deliver. A fantastic trip, thank you X10 for making it so memorable !!"

"We loved everything about our stay and the property. We would never again book through Expedia because they are not an honest company. They say your payment will not go through until 30 days before your stay but then charge it immediately and send you a confirmation and and say any cancellations are not refundable. They also blame it on Outrigger Hotel that they do not refund for cancellations. This is not true - they just keep the extra money and do not send it to the hotel. This is bad practice and I hope karma gets them."
