"Love the property. We stayed in one of the renovated pool villas which was nicely done. We could see some parts of the resort needs renovation and updating. Warm and welcoming service. Housekeeping a little inconsistent and can be improved. Restaurant bookings also can be managed better. There could more choices of outlets for lunch and due to CNY, breakfast was a little chaotic, maybe open up one more outlet to accommodate the overflow of guests during breakfast? Beautiful setting and grounds....

"Upon our arrival, we had been given a free upgrade to a 3 bed pool villa which was absolutely enormous and stunning! We had originally booked a deluxe sea view with plunge pool. We would definitely recommend the villa if you were travelling with family but without meaning to sound ungrateful, it was a bit big for just the 2 of us!
