"Second time at La Posada de Don Rodrigo and I would come back again. The place is beautiful with an amazing view to the lake. The staff is extremely nice and always ready and willing to help. They have a lake view restaurant with excellent traditional Guatemalan food. The pool was clean, the patio was also clean and nice to rest on the hammocks. "I love the location and the amenities that this places has to offer. It was easy to schedule a massage or anything you needed with the concierge. The food in the restaurant was delicious and always prepared fresh, and the rooms were breathtaking. I will definitely return soon. "

At first it seemed that the location was too busy, but the hotel has a beautiful backyard/garden which makes you forget that you're right in the center. Excellent service! The small harbor (with lanchas servicing the small towns around the lake) just a few minutes walk from the hotel."
