"Second time at La Posada de Don Rodrigo and I would come back again. The place is beautiful with an amazing view to the lake. The staff is extremely nice and always ready and willing to help. They have a lake view restaurant with excellent traditional Guatemalan food. The pool was clean, the patio was also clean and nice to rest on the hammocks. "Very nice small hotel right off the main street. At first it seemed that the location was too busy, but the hotel has a beautiful backyard/garden which makes you forget that you're right in the center. Excellent service! The small harbor (with lanchas servicing the small towns around the lake) just a few minutes walk from the hotel."

"Beautiful property and resort. Food and drinks were very good. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Lacking a fitness gym and shuttle to the town. Without the shuttle you have 1 tuk-tuk for the entire hotel guests, or you can walk on a very, very, rugged and hard to walk road, up a steep hill, and down a very steep hill with traffic and no shoulder for safety.
