"Only stayed one night but what a great stay with a beautiful room and amazing service. We arrived at 2am and the front desk reception was more than willing to hold our luggage before we were able to check in at 2pm. All staff was friendly and plenty to do within walking/scooter distance. My advice is download the Moovr app since they’re so cheap to rent and you can ride around most of the BGC area, which made it a lovely experience "

"The property has a nice and scenic greeneries from the above. We love the view. But owner of the condo needs to fix or replace some of the broken beds. Dining chairs are beginning to fall apart. Need to be replaced. Also to have hot water on kitchen and bathroom sinks for sanitary purposes."

"The Residences are wonderful! The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The gym was amazing, the breakfast buffet at the hotel was also really good. The only thing that was disappointing was that there isn't any live music in the lounge like at other Shangri-La properties. But, I would highly recommend staying here."
