"Took to long to check in, they could not find my reservation, even when i showed them my Confirmation Number and the proof of payment for a 1 night stay with 3 rooms, although the front dest staff was very nice and polite, rooms needs to be upgraded, terrible bath tubs and toilet to close to the wall, no towels in the rooms, had to call for towels, air conditions in bad shape, needs better cleaning, towels were old, beds seem dirty, staff was great though"
