"We enjoyed the views of Ganges and mostly the courteous and respectful staff of all levels. The hotel being right on one of the Ghats, it made us easier to take a battin Ganges. Also free boat ride from the hotel property allowed us to see the entire views of all famous ghats. The restaurant staff Sandeep and Brijesh provided over and above best services. We will visit the Haveli again in the future. "

"If you are looking for a place to experience some peace and comfort but still not too far from Varanasi this may be the right choice. I had a lovely welcome, the room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower. The hotel is in a quiet village on the river (not accessible from the property), next to a temple/ashram that you can visit which has access to the river. "This is a new hotel that has just opened and still work in process. One day the hot water was not there and the next day no cold water. The T.V requires an engineering degree to operate. They charged me for breakfast although I showed the reservation which included breakfast. The employees were friendly and wanted to help If you have other choices wait until they get their act together."

"The manager was rude, and we booked a reservation and our flight was canceled so we missed the first day of our stay, and we called to tell them, but when we got there the next day they canceled our room without a refund and made us pay again."
