Hotels with Airport Shuttle in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

"This hotel is in an excellent location for sure. Very close to the ghats and key activities in Varanasi. Walking distance to most everything important. It was not clean. Opened the wardrobe and giant dust bunnies flew all over. The floor wasn’t clean. You have to ask to have the hot water turned on only no one told us until the third day. Staff friendly and responsive when asked but you had to ask for whatever you needed. We stayed many days and I had to ask fir them to clean the floors etc....

"u get what u pay for, the bed was clean, rest was old/dirty but OK for the money. the worst part was the check in progress. it took more then 30minutes. in the second day I asked for a second towel, the answer was "no". also no hot water on the second evening, had to use the water cooker to get some hot water. the wifi password was also a problem, took more then 5 minutes, to receive it. the best part of the hotel is the location, right at the water, next to the main Ghat. for female travelers...

"Hated all of it every second . The 1st night bad room . There are no windows smelt of damp. Moved rooms not much better no windows in both . Never cleaned our room once . I had to get towels, toilet rolls. Empty our own rubbish . Went to 2 hotels 4 star to try booking there they were full. Could not wait to leave . Breakfast waiter asked for tip. I said ive asked for porridge you cant be bothered, im not giving tip . Varanasi great place . Never would recommend this hotel to know one it was...
