"Overall property and stay was good. Breakfast buffet was good and staff very helpful. WiFi was terrible and had to use cellular for data and calls. Getting hot water was intermittent which is not what you would expect for what this hotel was rated. "

"What a gem of a hotel. Ideally situated near a quiet part of the Ganges in a rural part of Varanasi, yet not so far from the activities of the road system. The hotel is very clean, tidy, while rooms are spacious and fresh. The staff at this hotel were fantastic and went out of there way to make our stay very comfortable."

I would like to suggest some more additional improvement I stayed in room no 403 : - 1) . mirror position need to be relocated at a convenient place for easiest access to the nearest of the mirror with a light on the wall . 2) Up dating of the room...

"Absolutely excellent experience here. We arrived 2 hours late, at 0330, and they were welcoming, and even upgraded us to a suite for the limited time we were there (we checked out that morning!). Breakfast was lovely, staff were excellent, and location is very handy for the station, and autos are easy to come by to get down to the Ganges. Highly rate this hotel! Extremely comfortable beds and extremely clean. Love it. Thank you Arcadia staff."

"If you want to be in the heart of Varanasi near the famous temples and the Ganges river, all within walking distance, this is the hotel for you. If you do not like hotels in a crowded noisy area, then you will not like the hotel. We loved it and the location was fantastic. The staff and service was very good. We would definitely return."
