"Great stay....i just dont understand the 20% gratuity for service at dinner ....its NOT credible...it doesnt make sense....for room service i understand it Not at dinner. $42 dollar vip parking fee. Travel fee $31 or $36 NOT necessary....what does the hotel pay for????? Why am i paying so many extra fees. Sorry i wont be staying here again and i will steer all my friends away from here or at least warn them of All the extra fees. Time to go see if the other hotels are the same?!"

"I suggest to update the dishwater carts they are full of mold. There is a lick in the bar area that I think is toilet water cause it you hear the water being flush. The shower head is so high up and won’t go lower that it wets the floor. Washer did not work. "
