Off season stay in a great location. Clean, friendly, beautiful decor. Only complaint: They heavily advertised a Super Bowl Rooftop Party but were ill prepared. We got there early, and there was a shortage of chairs, drink menu items not available, and things like napkins a scarcity. Manager seemed uninterested in our requests.

All around a great hotel for the prize. Great terrace on 18th floor with a bar and pool, big screen. On weekends they have a dj. Downtown in a walkable area. Outstanding for the price. $45 a night for valet parking I thought a little high.

I was there 7 days and each early morning around 5am there were load noises either due to construction work prep work or dumpsters being empty at the hotel or surrounding businesses. The bedroom was an executive suite and had floor to ceiling windows on two sides of the room. You could hear all the noise outside. I would not stay at this location for this reason and other reasons of the property offerings.
