Santa Fe 4 Stars Hotels

"So much transportation going in and out of the property. The staff were excellent and friendly. There was only 1 pool that appears to be clean. The room was decent. My room was upgraded as VIP but I felt like I was put in the corner because it was a bit far from the main lobby, getting breakfast in the morning was a bit task travelling with the kids. Otherwise the property was big, breakfast was great(did not have stomach issues) and the staff makes this Hotel stand out compared to other...

"Our 11 day stay was wonderful! We checked in from beginning of Christmas week to end of New Years week. All staff from the driver that took us to the hotel ( specifically Anthony) our 3 room attendants (Kent, Ian & Nina). The three kept our room cleaned and were very quick when we needed anything from housekeeping. The bar staff at the SkyPool were also great. They did an excellent job during the New Year celebration. The waiters that were very attentive to us in the Palm Tree restaurant are...

They pull out all the stops and go above and beyond. Rowel took real good care of us at the beach and Phillip got us a reservation when we needed it."
