"The hotel rooms were brand new and extremely clean. The hotel beds were so thick and soft. Even the duvet covers were so fresh. But what sets this hotel apart is their customer service and the staff's willingness to help and assist. We arrived a bit earlier than the standard check in time of 3pm and they still gave us a room without any extra charge.
