Although the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service, they went above and beyond by arranging a Grab ride on my behalf, enabling me to conveniently pay the driver in cash upon arrival at the airport."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Check-in process was quick and easy - we were able to check-in to our room before the check-in time since we arrived from the airport early in the morning. The hotel staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we left and came back for the day. The hotel room (premium twin beds room) is so spacious compared to a standard hotel room. With all our luggages, we were able to spread out our stuff and not get in each others way. The bathroom is spacious too...
