"Property is a bit old and musky in smell. It is convenient in all location near the makati business district. Buffet dinner and breakfast are superb and high quality especially Filipino dishes. Price is not competitive a bit in high end considering it old. I am okay with it "

"Hotel is connected to Ayala malls which was why I chose this hotel. Lovely and friendly staff. There was a queue in front of us when checking in and noticed that the process was quite slow, had to wait more than 30mins before getting seen. There was also a queue during breakfast and there were loads of other guests which meant food trays can be empty quite quickly but refilling them is not quick at all. "

"The place is nice, offering convenience and easy access to many locations in Tagaytay. However, the price feels a bit steep compared to what you receive. The mountain-side rooms appear outdated and have a noticeable musty smell."
