"The service staff at the front desk welcomed me with warmth, and every team member I interacted with—including the security officer, front desk staff, and room attendants—demonstrated exceptional courtesy, attentiveness, and professionalism in addressing my needs. Although the hotel does not provide an airport shuttle service, they went above and beyond by arranging a Grab ride on my behalf, enabling me to conveniently pay the driver in cash upon arrival at the airport."

"The hotel was clean inside and outside. The staff was very accommodating and the restaurant was nice, though a little small for the amount of residents. The building next door had trash outside and there were cats going in and out. This took away from the cleanliness of the hotel. I know it’s probably out their control but it does affect the property as you approach. I will say that we enjoyed our stay and do plan to return. If the adjoining property is cleaned up I can see giving this hotel a full 4 star review."
