"I pre-paid for two rooms for two nights. When my wife arrived she was told that BSA Tower does not rent on a short-term basis and that there were NO rooms available. They said that they didn't know that you could still reserve and pay for a room. She asked about a refund and was told they knew nothing about that. I have sent a number of emails to the manager and have received no response."

"My rating showed how unpleasant my stay was. I even took some pictures to remind me not to book on that place. Its molds in the shower, on the shower head and knob. The metal drainage is unscrewed that almost injured my foot. And on the sink is also the same molds on and around the handle. And the worse that happened, there was a live cockroach on its back.
