"I stayed in two different rooms on consecutive nights. The first was great, while the second, I had an equivalent room that didn’t have well-working air conditioning. When we pointed out that the room temperature felt like 28 degrees when we set it at 23 degrees, the response of the reception was "it is winter. heating is turned on during the winter. try turning off the heater or open the window." "Property is clean. Located in front of a big mall and alot of dining options at the hotel and around the hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotels are a hit or huge miss. This one was one of the more decent ones. Buffet is good but room service was not good. Staff are nice. But the most important thing to me is whether the rooms are clean. The rooms are clean here. Jose the manager is the one you want to look for if you can only speak English. "
