"This is a nice hotel, with a nice staff but I had trouble getting there. I stayed there twice. For my first arrival I had pre-booked a pickup. I had received confirmation. However, the van took nearly an hour and a half to arrive. I chalked this up to confusion on my arrival. I was at the hotel when I booked my second pickup (I traveled to Easter Island during the time space.) This time, they didn't even have me listed even though I had watched the hotel clerk write the pickup. I think they did...
