Best. Mountain. View. Ever. The Huayhuash(Waiwash) mountain range are without a doubt the prettiest we have seen so far! If you're ever in Peru, you need to go there!
So this is not really a tip as I'm sure everyone knows this location. Think of it more as me trying to encourage all of you who haven't been there already to go and see this magnificent place with your own eyes. It truly is a wonder of the world! A few things to keep in mind though. First of all, there are a limited number of entry tickets per day so it's essential to book ahead. Also, to maximize your chances of getting some nice weather on your visit you should come during winter (summer in the northern hemisphere) but be prepared for some cold nights. #goldenhour
Roman Catholic Church located in the historic center of Quito, Ecuador. It's the largest Neo-Gothic basilica in the Americas. The highlight is the basilica towers, which you can climb if you have the nerve - the ascent requires crossing a rickety wooden plank inside the main roof and climbing steep stairs and ladders to the top (where this picture was taken). 1. Torres del Paine National Park

2. Costanera Center

Take a break from Santiago’s historic attractions and urban parks to enjoy some retail therapy at the Costanera Center. This commercial and business center is home to a modern shopping mall with floor upon floor of independent stores and internationally famous brands. The complex also encompasses four skyscrapers occupied by hotels and offices, including the sparkling 984-foot (300-meter) tall Gran Torre Santiago, one of the highest structures in South America.

3. Aguas Calientes Hot Springs

Aguas Calientes sits below Machu Picchu and is the last train stop before the sacred Inca city. The small town lies in a deep valley enclosed by mountains and forests. With restaurants, thermal baths, hiking trails and a market, Aguas Calientes is more than just a gateway to the ancient ruins. It is worth spending a day or two here before going onto Machu Picchu.

4. Plaza de Armas

Head to where the action is at the Plaza de Armas in Cusco, a large landscaped square bordered by shops, restaurants and ancient churches. For more than 500 years, the square has been at the heart of city life. Come to the plaza nowadays and you might see festivals, concerts and religious processions. Enjoy the lively atmosphere, admire the ornate lampposts and colonial archways and relax with a drink.

5. Salar de Uyuni

Drive out onto the Salar de Uyuni, the largest salt flats in the world. Vast plains of ethereal beauty stretch out as far as the eye can see and surreal geological formations seem to grow out of the ground. Come here during the rainy season to see the entire landscape covered in a thin layer of water that becomes a reflective surface.

6. Lake Titicaca
