"We arrived exhausted with a baby in arms and they wouldn’t accept our reservation. Either the lady was too lazy to look, or there is a problem with the app, or the hotel doesn’t work with the app anymore but the listing is still here. Either way they wouldn’t let us stay and the lady was very rude. She didn’t even bother trying to be accommodating. "Wonderful stay at Tinka. Me Tinka!! Staff was lovely and the stay was smooth. Comfy bed and mattress. Everything I was looking for in my last days in Santiago. Close to the metro station, greatly mobility and the hotel is super techy. Rodrigo and his wife were kind all the time. I recommend the stay. "

"Lovely apartment and good communication from host. Super views of the lake from the balcony and the centre of town and transport within easy reach. Unfortunately we had a lot of street noise (presumably from the main square) until 3-4am on two nights…so little sleep! Everything else was great."

"It was inexpensive and it did not matter much since we just had to spend the night before our flight, and it being close to the central station, made it easier to go to. I should also mention the positive that staff allowed us to move to a room, bigger and with a window, from our original booking. But itself, the hotel needs some remodeling, the carpets should be changed since they are beyond any more cleaning. Bathroom can be remodeled too. It is on a big street, so easily accessible by metro...
