"Beautiful property. Very friendly and helpful staff. We mistakenly took the air-conditioning remote from the previous hotel and the B hotel’s front desk was very helpful to mail it back to the other hotel. Hot tub could’ve been a bit warmer but other than that excellent day."

"we only stayed overnight coming from a late arrival from the airport, the staff was amazing they were very friendly, polite and courteous from the security guard, front desk, restaurant crew, pool attendant and the cleaners. kudos to all the team, We felt vary welcome and being look after and cared for. Will be back again the next time."

"I have read ads about Excelsior a while back but I felt it was too expensive considering its location. This time their price was reduced to a reasonable price so I booked. Other than the fact than parking is separated and there is no walkway to the hotel, all were excellent from well appointed rooms and beddings and very courteous staff."
