"It's a scam. We went there 4 hours drive and found out no room. We tried to contact the owner and he gave the wrong number. We messaged thru expedia but no response. Expedia agents cant contact them also. It was a very terrible experience"

"The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car. Overall, I love the place and we’ll surely book the same place. Thank you again Ann👍🤗"

"Unable to assess any criteria to review but my overall review is to AVOID this property like a plague. Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay. Terrible bad faith...

"We were not received at the hotel. we have paid for our booking in full but when we arrived at the hotel/condo, we were told that the rooms are already booked. And worst, only the lobby guard attended to us. None from the management of the property came to at least talk to us."

"So I did same day booking at 5pm of Nov 29, did not get any response untill 8pm of Nov 30. I will have this disputed if this gets to my Credit card. Did not get the service at all. Was asking for a contact person since according to the facility, all rooms have hosts to welcome guests at the lobby."

"The hotel entrance is along a dark alley. Website show was untrue i had written to Expedia regarding my room had no wifi /nl cable TV / no Hot water / no chair / no Carboard / no hook to hang cloth both bedroom & bathroom /hallway light drop off pitch / room piwer socket missing no ve able to charge my device / ceilling light ni working / Shower comparment flooded with water /ni toilet paper. I booked 2 night but i checkout after one night slept. Totalling unceptable for any guess. I request for 1 night refund pending on Expedia investigation. Pkesa loon elsewhere before you CLIP reserve yiu be regret for SURE. "

Great Value in Las Pinas City, PH

"Selected this hotel due to close proximity for a family member who is starting a new job close by. At time of booking, only bunk beds were available to reserve. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t ready and a room with two queen beds was offered as an alternative. My family was very grateful as they had a long drive to the hotel and wanted to rest. Plenty of restaurants around the vicinity in addition to shopping. Overall, it was worth the stay and would likely return when back in Las Pinas city."
