"The photos says it all. The place is great for the price, nice view on other angle of taal lake. It also felt like home away from home.😍 Ann was very accomodating and kind. Her place is very neat and linens are clean and smells good too. And if you’re planning to cook your own food, better buy ahead all your needs before going there unless you bring your own car. Overall, I love the place and we’ll surely book the same place. Thank you again Ann👍🤗"

"Unable to assess any criteria to review but my overall review is to AVOID this property like a plague. Since I was not able to complete the requirements due to miscommunication, they just took my money and never responded to me again. I was left without my money and a place to stay. They could have given me the opportunity to correct the error and stay for the remainder of the time but since they already got paid and no longer cared, I had to find a new place to stay. Terrible bad faith...

"Terrible place to stay for even 1 USD per night. Swimming pool was the best feature and we got to use the spacious pool only one time. They didn’t even have me as a guest when I arrived so I had to wait 2 hours when I arrived to check in. The room was terrible and dirty overall. The shower only worked on cold. Had to call everyday for towels and bedsheets, then only got a few of each kind every 4 days. I stayed 15 days but I will never stay there again. They forced us to empty our own daily...
