"I love the staff here! They were all so friendly, accommodating, and helpful to my sister and I. I am disabled and my sister has stage 4 cancer. The bellhop treated us like royalty, and it made our stay so special. I didn’t realize the hotel was haunted when I booked it. Don’t worry, they are friendly ghosts, and add to the ambience! "I loved the old style charm that this property has. The only downside was that the pool was closed because it was raining. I guess I just didn’t really feel like it needed to be closed for rain when you’re going to get wet in the pool anyway lol"

"This is a reasonably priced hotel located within a mile of most attractions and districts in NOLA. The staff are excellent, welcoming and very helpful. Although Expedia listed laundry services on site, I was disappointed to find them not available at this property. I had to independently contact a launderer which created an expense I wasn’t anticipating. Breakfast is nominal and the same items are served daily. The breakfast serving area is smaller than a hotel room creating a claustrophobic...

"We loved how close to Bourbon Street and Canal street we were but was very quiet in our room. The whole hotel including the carpets were very clean. Everyone there was amazing to talk to and very welcoming. Also the fact that while in our room we felt like we had our own apartment with the little living room separate from the bedroom. We would definitely stay again. "

"this is definitely what I would consider a luxury hotel. the room was absolutely gorgeous, bed was very comfortable. & was so clean, and we were so impressed. staff was so very friendly and helpful. parking and check in / check out was a breeze. location was perfect and hotel was very quiet. they had a crib available for our daughter and brought it right to our room. will def stay again!"
