"The location of the hotel is outstanding. The only concern we have the bathroom area/CR needed updated. I'll shower, hot water. Didn't work the towel rack, and toilet tissue rack with literally fallen off the wall."

"I had a very nice stay at Microtel MOA, in fact, I came back 3-4x more at the same place. Very conveniently located! The whole staff was also very respectful, nice, helpful & accomodating. Minor inconvenience though = the entrance thru the security post needs a sign that stands out. Several of my friends thought it was an entrance to Millie's. Perhaps "Microtel" could be put up next to the Millie's sign."

"Solid hotel - a bit far away from the mall but that wasn't a problem. Very clean and the rooftop restaurant and pool were great. Only complaint is that they called a cab for me and did not tell me it was cash only, which created a nightmare once we arrived at the airport as I had no cash. Would've been critical to know this information to save a huge headache and nearly missed my flight."

"Decent place to stay if you're in Makati. Walking distance to most places in Poblacion. This property seems like a hotel/condo. Some of the residents there were super loud from the afternoon til 8 in the morning. And I'm usually not a light sleeper. The aircon is cool, the wifi is reliable. It's affordable. That's about it"

"Centrally located. Used the in-house spa and it was wonderful. Everything was great... except the overall condition. It is an older building, but needs many upgrades. Mainly the carpet from years of neglect and cigarette burns everywhere."
