"Always happy to be back in New Coast Hotel! The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone was so friendly and attentive! Hotel is well located and just a stone's throw away (3-min walk) from Robinson mall offering restaurants, cafes, bakeries, a well-stocked supermarket, movie theatre, beauty parlour, bookstore...you name it, they have it! "

The staff, namely Kim at registration, Nard who helped with our luggage, Angelo who gave us toiletries and the staff who gave us the folding bed (I forgot his name), the staff at the buffet breakfast, everybody are all courteous, polite and helpful.
